In the 1700s a peasant family built stone by stone, digging the earth under their feet, a humble shelter made of trulli for rest, a spartan kitchen and a granary for the crops of the land and animals. The abandonment, due to the urbanization of the rural population, had plunged the house into degradation; With decades of work we have brought it back to life trying to respect its history and style, even in the furnishings.
The discovery of Puglia cannot be separated from staying in the trulli which, like food, are a fundamental component of the journey to achieve a magical dimension that will remain forever etched in your memory.

Location. The vegetation was, and in part still is, the classic Mediterranean: olive trees, figs, pears and in particular numerous pomegranates. In the local dialect, the pomegranate is called “silk” from the Greek “side”. From the assonance with the Italian word sete (understood as fabrics) this complex of trulli takes its name: Trulli delle Sete.
